Terms and Conditions for User Registration
Welcome to the BOC eCO Portal! Before completing your registration, please
carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions governing your
registration and use of our portal. By registering and accessing the portal, you
agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
As a registered exporter/user of the eCO Portal, I am duly authorized by
principals to represent the enterprise/company and to engage with the Bureau of
Customs in compliance with export procedures and requirements, including the
creation and submission of eCO applications to the Bureau of Customs.
The use of the eCO portal is subject to the Bureau's Privacy Policy, which
governs the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. You agree
to the terms outlined in our privacy policy.
The registered user shall be held responsible and accountable for any data
privacy breach, damage, injury, or liability (administrative, civil, or criminal)
arising from the improper or unauthorized use of said user's access.
Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in disciplinary action,
account revocation, and/or criminal charges under applicable administrative laws.
This is without prejudice to the application of Customs rules and regulations or
other relevant policies covering account usage in general.
By registering and using the BOC eCO Portal, you acknowledge that you have
